Collection, use and disclosure of personal information
If you enter this site you are legally bound by this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. If you are unwilling to be bound by this Policy do not enter any information about yourself or related businesses. By entering our site and providing us with personally identifiable information, you consent to the collection and disclosure of this information as documented in this Privacy Policy. You may specifically request to opt out of any such use or withdraw your permission to allow us to retain personal information you have provided by emailing us, or opting out via the footer of our newsletter. We may at times use this information you supply to update you with information regarding our services, products, upcoming promotional activities or our email videos. You may also request at any time not to receive any such market research or promotional material by emailing us or opting out via the footer option of our newsletters. We will not sell, rent or license your information to any third party. It may be shared with our affiliate partners or third party service providers or related services. The site accepts no liability for disclosure of information due to errors in transmission or unauthorised acts of third parties. We also reserve the right to make contact with you or release specific information if we are directed to by legal proceedings, government agencies or if there has been a violation of our Terms and Conditions of use. We also reserve the right to exchange information with other companies or organisations for credit fraud protection and risk reduction.

Security of personal information

We operate a secure data network protected by industry standard firewalls and password protection systems. We cannot however guarantee that this website is virus free. It is the responsibility of each visitor to scan for any virus or faults. Before your service, you may be required to complete a guest pre-treatment form to safeguard your wellbeing and comfort, and allow us to safely deliver our services by minimising any risk of injury. Only authorised individuals have access to personal information provided. We cannot however guarantee that unauthorised exposure will not occur. Our website may contain links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.




How information is used

Enosis Wellness Centre primary goal in collecting information is to provide you with personalised services, interactive communications and online shopping ease. When you are on the Enosis website and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with Enosis alone. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances: (a) to protect the security of our website and our rights as set forth in our Terms and Conditions; (b) in response to legal process or proceedings, to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; (c) when we believe in good faith that the law requires such action; (d) to a trusted partner who works with or on behalf of Enosis, provided that such partner delivers to us a confidentiality agreement confirming to us that they do not have an independent right to share this information with others; or (e) in connection with a sale of our business or company.


Amendments to Privacy Policy

Enosis Health and Wellness Centre reserves the right to make changes to its Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions from time to time. We also recommend that you periodically consult this Privacy Policy. Our right to use your personally identifiable information is based on the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the information is used.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to make a cancellation or date change we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any single service.  The full service will be charged on any late cancellation or no show appointments and this also applies to online bookings.

Disclaimers

Whilst we have taken all due care in providing the information on our website, we do not provide any warranty either express or implied including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied into these terms and conditions is excluded. We also take all due care in ensuring that our website is free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse and/or malware, however we are not responsible for any damage to your computer system which arises in connection with your use of our website or any linked website.

Limitation of liability

To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the supply of the goods and/or services again or payment of the costs of having those goods and/or services supplied again. We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from services and/or product/s we have supplied.

Product orders

Our products are for sale to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website or social media, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
 We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current, however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
 All prices are in Australia Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST, however do not include postage. Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
 Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase.
 When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware. We undertake to accept or reject your order within seven (7) days. If we have not responded to you within seven (7) days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase, however the most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that we do not currently have that product in stock.
 Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment. Our terms of payment are set out on the order page.
 All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods.

Product returns

We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated "contact us" webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
 Once you have notified us through our website that you wish to return faulty, damaged or undamaged product, you may return the product to any of our stores throughout Australia so long as you provide valid proof of purchase eg. tax invoice, receipt and/or packaging slip. No returns on ebooks.

Age requirement

All services are for adults from 18years and over.   

Pricing

Enosis Health & Wellness Centres reserves the right to modify, discontinue or raise prices on certain therapies without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask your spa representative when you book your appointment.

Method of payment

We accept payment via bank transfer, client will be invoiced before the therapy. Part payment is due before therapy session.

Medical conditions

We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications, as some services may be contraindicated. Please advise before consult.

Personal items

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home, or keep all valuables with you during your appointments.

Transfer of Business Assets

Within the development of our business we may sell some or all of our assets. In such transactions, user information, including personally identifiable information is one of the transferable business assets. By submitting your personal information on the site you agree that your data may be transferred to such third parties.

Our commitment is that your visit to our website is a rewarding experience and that your privacy is respected. We encourage your feedback but be aware that any information ideas or comments you supply are deemed to be non confidential and that by sending such information you grant us unrestricted license to reproduce, modify, display or distribute the information for any purpose.
