Our Monthly Meditations at Enosis are in collaboration with our resident experts from the Unique Community.
Tamara, your Unique Guide will help you unfold the layers of your pains and your negative thoughts, and will even help to shed light on your non-serving beliefs from genetic pass-downs.
By clearing your clutter, and altering your diet you can reduce all of your pains and begin to breathe your life back to a place of purpose, energy, joy and bliss.
WHAT I NEED TO KNOW:

- Held once per month on a Saturday between 3.00PM - 5.00PM

SHIFT YOUR SHIT TODAY - MEDITATE IT AWAY
- We use Conscious Observation Meditation to release old thoughts, feelings and moments in time
- We 'step back the mind' to remove compulsive, obsessive and loop thoughts - and finally learn not to allow our thoughts to control us
- We become conscious of the messages and signals our body is giving, and more conscious of our diet, belief system, and other everyday influences that clutter our mind, spirit and gut.
